Why a quotation rather than a price list
Three variables determine the price of a Kopi Luwak lot, and none of them is stable over time.
The harvest first: a dry season or a year of poor fruiting reduces the volumes available and pushes up purchase prices in Indonesia. Then the origin: a Sumatra Gayo lot and a Bali Kintamani lot are not negotiated at the same level. Finally the quantity: terms differ markedly between a 50 g bag and a quarterly supply for an establishment.
A fixed rate published all year would either be inflated to absorb the variations, or quickly wrong. We prefer the honest route: you ask, we calculate, you decide.
How an enquiry works
You write to us
Through the form below, by email or by phone. Tell us the quantity you have in mind, your brewing method and, for an establishment, how often you expect to serve it.
We check the available lots
We look at what is in stock in Switzerland and what is expected, with the corresponding origin and roast date.
You receive a named quotation
Within 24 to 48 working hours: lot origin, format, price, delivery time. The quotation is valid for thirty days and commits you to nothing.
You decide
If you accept, we dispatch within two working days. If you would rather wait for another lot or another origin, we let you know as soon as it arrives.
Request a quotation
The more precise your enquiry, the more precise our answer. A plain “how much is 100 g of Sumatra whole bean?” works perfectly well.
